This is a planning model, not a market survey. It combines home size, bedrooms and bathrooms, then applies a multiplier for deep cleaning.

Cleaning time depends on more than square footage. Bathrooms, bedrooms, clutter, condition and the cleaning standard all matter. The BetterHomeHabits model uses floor area plus room factors, then multiplies the estimate for deep cleaning.
