How this calculator works
Estimate a realistic cleaning window using home size and room counts. The result is a planning estimate, not a promise: condition, clutter and cleaning standard can change the actual time significantly.
Base labor = floor area ÷ editable pace + room allowances. Cleaning level, current condition, pets and a personal calibration factor adjust the midpoint; the tool displays an 80%–125% planning range.

A typical 1,500 sq ft, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home may require a few person-hours for routine cleaning depending on condition.
Reliability check
Time one representative session in your own home, divide actual labor time by the model midpoint, and enter that ratio as personal calibration. Do not use this range as a contractor productivity claim.
